Acquisizione dei principi e applicazioni della biologia sintetica e delle tecniche di imaging della cellula.

3.Programma

Introduzione alla biologia sintetica, principali problemi, esempi applicativi. Ingegneria metabolica, genomi minimi e la "cellula minima". Studio delle dinamiche sub-cellulari mediante tecniche di microscopia laser confocale.

Expertise with principles and applications of synthetic biology tools and techniques in cell imaging

3. Program

Introduction to synthetic biology, key problems and explicative examples. Metabolic engineering, minimal genomes and the “minimal cell”. Sub-cellular dynamics revealed by techniques applied to confocal laser scanning microscopy.
